Thunder Mug's FOB point is it's manufacturing facility at 872 Cranberry Court, Oakville, Ontario, L6L 6J7, Canada.

Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground with the final shipping costs being billed back to the customer.

We are happy to accommodate customers by using any form of conveyance they wish if our standard method does not meet their needs.
