Methods of Payment

Because each order manufactured by Thunder Mug Inc. is a custom order, unique to the customer who placed the order, there is no opportunity for the Company to reuse any of the material employed in making the original order. Thus we must be strict on our payment policy. Once the mugs have been molded and labeled, they are the property of the customer who placed the order.

According, before we order the materials and schedule the injection molding machine and pad printing time, we must have received the full payment for the order. We work very hard to ensure that your order is shipped on time and exactly as you require it. But we cannot begin until we receive notification from our bank manager that your check has cleared the bank. Our "Delivery Promise" starts at the point we receive this notification.

To make life as easy as possible, we have made the arrangements to be able to accept payment by either VISA or MasterCard.

For orders that have been scheduled out over multiple releases, payment is only due prior to the commencement of work on each release. Thus a 10 release order requires receipt of 10 separate payments if the customer does not wish to make a complete initial payment for the entire production run. Orders of over 1 million units will be subject to separate contract negotiated between Thunder Mug Inc. and the customer.
