Lead Times

Unlike so many companies, Thunder Mug Inc., will bend over backwards to satisfy its customers desired shipping dates. Just remember to make everything work as it should, we need your help in the process by getting documents to us on time.

Our Standard Lead Time is 30 days.

For customers who have placed multiple release orders with the Company, we require 48 hours notice prior to a release if releases have not already been scheduled.

For customers who require a rush order between 21 and 29 days, there will be an up charge of 7%.

For customers who wish product in less than 21 days, we will do what we can but here we can make no promises.
