Policy on the use of Logos and Trademarks
Thunder Mug Inc. does not have, nor does it wish to acquire, the licensing authority to use third party logos, trademarks, league emblems, player likenesses, trade names or other proprietary identification.
Distributors for Thunder Mug Inc., must be licensed Distributors or Agents for the commercial entity on whose behalf they have requested that the Thunder Mug be printed.
Thunder Mug Inc. reserves the right to decline an order should the legal authority of the purchaser to authorize the use of a third party logo, trademark, or trade name not be fully substantiated.
